Note:  Most openings available are daytime appointments between 9:00am-4:00pm (p/u is no later than 5:00pm (M, Th, F) Tuesday appointments are from 12:00pm - 6:30pm (p/u no later than 8pm) Weekend appointments are available but scarce.  There is an additional daycare fee for every hour past pick up time. See specific details under "Policies and Release Form".
    If you have more than one dog that you are inquiring about,  submit this page and fill out a new application for each additional dog.
